Due to the pandemic our enrollment process has changed
1. Schedule a visit to our Outdoor Drop-Off Tuesdays or Thursdays between 10 AM and 11 AM. You can observe a small group of children and how teachers interact with them. A co-op parent will also be there to answer any of your questions and fill you in on how our co-op works.
OR
Schedule a meeting (online or physically distanced outdoors) with a co-op parent to ask questions and get an introduction to SWPCC.
2. Schedule a meeting with one of our teachers (online or physically distanced outdoors). The meeting will be about 15 minutes long and should help you and us decide if your family is a good fit for our co-op community.
3. Let us know if you are interested and we will add your name to the wait list.
4. In the case that we can offer you a place, you will only have to pay the non-refundable registration fee to hold your spot. All other payments will only become due when we are certain that we are able to resume normal operations in September 2021. We will make sure to keep you informed of all our decisions, so you can plan accordingly.
5. Accept your offer by submitting registration form and $100 registration fee.
6. Submit background check application.
7. Complete enrollment forms
8. Co-op job, child day schedule, and shift day assigned.
9. Join the fund and learning!
